{"id":814,"date":"2016-07-26T17:19:22","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T15:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gasparionline.it\/en\/?page_id=814"},"modified":"2018-03-06T12:24:43","modified_gmt":"2018-03-06T11:24:43","slug":"user-guide","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.gasparionline.it\/en\/user-guide\/","title":{"rendered":"User Guide"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-sm-12\">\n<h1>New user registration<\/h1>\n<p>You can now register on the website www.gasparionline.it and make use of new and extraordinary benefits.<br \/>\nHow to make the registration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on \u201cLog in\/Sign up (top right)<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cSign up\u201d on the log in window<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the form with all the required details and click on \u201cregister\u201d<br \/>\nYou will receive an email containing a link to <em>activate your account<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Click the link received by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If everything goes well, you will visualize a confirmation message and you will receive your access details (username and password).<br \/>\nUsing your access details you will be able to log in on the website www.gasparionline.it<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click on \u201cLog in\/ Sign up\u201d (top right)<\/li>\n<li>Put your username and password in and click on \u201cLog in\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>From the user panel (accessible from the icon top right entitled \u201cUSER\u201d) you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>visualize your active tickets, Carnet or subscriptions<\/li>\n<li>change your password<\/li>\n<li>redeem a subscription or a carnet previously purchased but not associated yet to your account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>Subscriptions and Carnet redemption<\/h1>\n<p>When a registered user (after the log in on the website www.gasparionline.it) buys a subscription or a carnet, this one will be automatically \u201cassociated\u201d to the user and it will be visible in its active Carnet\/subscriptions list.<br \/>\nHowever the user may buy or may have bought a subscription or a carnet even when it was not authenticated yet on the website (for example when you decide to buy your travel document in a travel agency).<br \/>\nThe redemption of these travel documents will be possible after the log in, in the User Panel on the website.<br \/>\nJust go to the appropriate section, enter your own code and follow the procedure.<\/p>\n<h1>Subscriptions with bookable seats<\/h1>\n<p>It is possible to have a \u201cguaranteed seat\u201d only on some of our routes such as Rome (Tiburtina station).<br \/>\nYou have to book the \u201cguaranteed seat\u201d from the User panel.<br \/>\nHow to book your seat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>go to User Panel on the website www.gasparionline.it (log in)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">go to Active subscriptions\u2019 list<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the seat is bookable, you will see a button named \u201cbook\u201d next to the subscription code.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>click on \u201cbook\u201d next to the subscription on which you want to make a reservation<\/li>\n<li>Follow the procedure, similar to the ticket purchase.<\/li>\n<li>At the end, the system will generate a ticket, corresponding to the reservation just made. Print your ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">\n<h4>Subscriptions\u2019 booking: notes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0The generated reservations are nominative and can be used only by the subscription holder<\/li>\n<li>During the same day and using the same subscription, it is possible to make a single reservation per route (2 in total, a one way and a return)<\/li>\n<li>Reservations are not replaceable (through the ticket change procedure)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<h1>Use of the carnet: booking<\/h1>\n<p>Each carnet consists of a number of tickets that can be used after the booking in the user Panel (similar to the subscription with bookable seats procedure)<br \/>\nHow to use the carnet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>go to the User Panel on the website www.gasparionline.it (log in)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0go to active Carnet list;<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cbook\u201d next to the carnet you want to use;<\/li>\n<li>Follow the procedure similar to the ticket purchase;<\/li>\n<li>At the end, the system will generate a ticket, corresponding to the reservation just made.
